Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with neurological conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
  • Conduct patient education and health promotion activities to empower patients and families to manage their health.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing with plans to earn a BSN within 2 years.
  • Current Registered Professional Nurse (RPN) license in New York State.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Membership in pertinent professional organizations.
