About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with guests, build relationships, and promote products and services to drive sales growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales goals and customer expectations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
