Heavy Equipment Operator

Resource Environmental Solutions is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. This role will involve operating heavy equipment in compliance with our safety policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience operating an excavator and some experience operating other equipment.
The Construction Equipment Operator will be responsible for:
- Operating heavy equipment such as excavators, tracked dump trucks, bulldozers, skid loaders, tractors, and all-terrain utility vehicles.
- Performing basic equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
- Assuring grade is within allotted tolerances by utilizing survey equipment.
- Installing and maintaining E&S BMPs to ensure site compliance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of experience operating an excavator.
- Some experience operating equipment other than an excavator.
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds in rough terrain.
- Strict adherence to safety protocols, including proper PPE requirements.
