Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to guests and servers, ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Aimbridge Hospitality's standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Set up the bar according to hotel standards and the Banquet Event Order, ensuring that guests are served promptly and efficiently.
- Perform other tasks and jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
