Pediatric Vice Chair

St. Luke's University Health Network is currently seeking a highly experienced and collaborative Pediatric Vice Chair to lead our Children's Hospital.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing our clinical areas and providing strategic vision, leadership, and accountability for multiple areas of the service line.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of clinical, administrative, and educational leadership, with a minimum of 10 years of clinical experience and at least 5 years in a well-developed leadership role.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic direction and operational oversight for the clinical programs and services within the Department of Pediatrics.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and professional standards.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality, safety, and efficiency of care delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Facilitating the recruitment, retention, and development of staff.
  • Enhancing the integration and collaboration among the divisions, departments, and interprofessional teams.
  • Representing the Department of Pediatrics in internal and external committees and councils.
  • Advocating for the needs and interests of the Department of Pediatrics and the pediatric population.
