Position Overview:

Location: Remote Support

Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Work Schedule: Flexible Shifts Available

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification
  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer service within an IT context
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with IT ticketing systems
  • Experience in Networking and Router/Switch Configuration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee unclassified and classified network communications, including email, voice, and official messaging.
  • Provide Tier 1 First Contact Resolution and after-hours support.
  • Conduct routine assessments of network performance and provide ongoing maintenance and operational support.
  • Notify the Senior Watch Officer regarding any service disruptions or performance issues.
  • Diagnose, resolve, and escalate technical challenges as necessary.
  • Manage ticketing processes, including opening and closing tickets.
  • Analyze events and incidents to ensure effective management of IT Services.
