Key Responsibilities- Provide expert care to pediatric patients in the emergency department, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient and family.
- Collaborate with pediatric specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.
- 2+ years of experience in pediatric emergency medicine, with a strong background in pediatric care and emergency nursing practices.
- EPIC EMR experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
