About the Role

As a Senior Program Engineer at Leidos, you will lead complex power transmission projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Your expertise in project management, transmission engineering design, and software applications will drive success in this challenging role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project workflows, coordinating with engineers, designers, and technicians to ensure efficient delivery
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget tracking
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Maintain compliance with quality control processes, safety protocols, and project scope, schedule, and budget expectations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering (required)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in utility or engineering consulting industries (required)
  • Project management certification or experience with PM tools (desired)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
