Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Wireless Retail Sales Manager to lead our store team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our Premier Wireless team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, motivating the sales team to meet performance goals, and managing store operations.

What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly salary: $**45,000 - $60,000 per year**, depending on location and experience
  • Commission-based sales performance incentives

Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales performance goals by implementing effective sales strategies and coaching techniques
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints efficiently
  • Manage store inventory, staff scheduling, and operational activities to optimize store performance
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 12-18 months of experience in the cellular sales industry, preferably with sales associate and/or assistant store manager experience at Premier Wireless
