  • Welcome guests warmly, take drink orders, and expertly mix and present beverages according to standard recipes while maintaining portion control.
  • Adhere to all legal regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Accurately input orders into the point of sale system and manage guest checks to ensure accountability.
  • Handle cash transactions, providing change as necessary, and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Secure all beverage and food items, manage cash drops, and maintain the safety of the cash bank.
  • Maintain regular attendance and be available for scheduled shifts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, particularly in alcoholic drinks.
  • Competency in basic math for cash handling and register operations.
  • Manual dexterity to prepare garnishes, handle glassware, and mix drinks.
  • Ability to memorize and promote menu items effectively.
  • Proficiency in using point of sale systems for order processing.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and work in confined spaces.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with guests and team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
