Salary and Benefits

New rates starting at $19, up to $26 with shift differentials and experience. About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing ADLs such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, etc.
  • Ensuring completion of all charting and documentation per shift for all care provided to the residents.
  • Attending team meetings and mandatory in-services.
  • Performing all duties in accordance with Local, State, and Federal Guidelines and Regulations.
  • Protecting the privacy and dignity of our residents by keeping patient information confidential and complying with HIPAA Guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • Pennsylvania State CNA Certification
  • Compassionate and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Dependability and reliability.
