Job DescriptionThe Area Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the Monticello area. This includes conducting needs assessments, presenting tailored solutions, and using our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream.
Requirements- Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
- Be teachable and coachable and looking to grow within your career.
- Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
- Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire.
- Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities.
