The Saugus Union School District is seeking a highly qualified Dual Language Immersion Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our educational community, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum for our Dual Language Immersion program.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and growth of the Dual Language Immersion program, including curriculum development and community outreach.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging and effective lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to support the growth and development of the Dual Language Immersion program.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in bilingual education and make recommendations for program improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
- Valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with BCLAD or equivalent.
- Two letters of recommendation from supervisors, dated within the past 12 months.
- Unofficial transcripts are acceptable for the application submission, official required upon offer of employment.
- Experience working in a Dual Language Immersion setting.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
