Medical Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Western Montana Clinic. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome patients and prepare them for their healthcare visit
- Complete intake assessments, including medical history and vital signs
- Assist during procedures and monitor, document, and administer medications and immunizations
- Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care laboratory testing
- Manage and prioritize patient portal and telephone communications
- Participate in and support patient education
- Coordinate ongoing care, including referrals and prescriptions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical Assistant experience or completion of a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant program within six months of hire
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency
