LPN Lead Job Description

Anthony Jordan Health Corporation is seeking a highly skilled LPN Lead to join our team in a family medicine setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and overseeing clinical operations to ensure a steady workflow and uninterrupted service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and ensure that patients receive high-quality, consistent, and competent care.
  • Support Team-Based Care and maintain a specific focus on this approach.
  • Ensure that administrative activities are completed timely and accurately.
  • Coordinate resource staffing activities to ensure coverage and proper training for key positions.
  • Support Family Medicine financial and regulatory objectives.
  • Develop and support strategic objectives and key programs.

Requirements:

  • Accredited LPN Program.
  • 2+ years of healthcare experience in an ambulatory setting.
  • Previous supervisory experience or team leadership preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Current NYS LPN License without any negative actions.
  • Certification to administer medications.
  • Current provider BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association.
  • Infection Control Certificate.
  • Valid NYS Driving License and reliable transportation.
