CPS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Food Safety and Quality Manager to lead our food safety and quality initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing the corporate food safety and quality culture, ensuring all company products and production sites meet all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and approve vendors, manage consumer affairs, work with co-manufacturers, and facilitate the New Product Development processes.
  • Manage the regulatory function and ensures compliance with all relevant government regulations.
  • Focus on product safety and quality improvements and reduce business risk associated with food safety and product quality issues.
  • Responsible for the corporate food safety and quality systems, including FSMA, HARPC, Weight Control, Food Safety, Product Security, GMP, and Quality compliance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety and quality assurance, with experience in audit and approval of vendors, consumer affairs, co-manufacturing, and New Product Development. The candidate must also have knowledge of government regulations and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
