Job Title: Travel Nurse ICU Position

Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled travel nurse to join our team in an ICU setting. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate travel nurse to fill a 13-week ICU position in Woodland Hills, California. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in ICU nursing, a strong understanding of critical care principles, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an ICU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in ICU nursing.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Current CA RN license.
  • 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in ICU nursing.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • BLS certification.
  • NIH Stroke Scale Certificate preferred.
  • CCRN preferred.
  • Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent preferred.
