Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction:
Greet patients warmly and create a comfortable, trusting environment
Phlebotomy:
Draw blood samples skillfully and accurately, following established procedures
Specimen Preparation:
Prepare specimens for lab testing, ensuring quality and compliance
Data Entry:
Accurately input patient information and lab results into electronic systems
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient questions and concerns
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
Minimum of 6 months experience in a healthcare setting One(+) years of phlebotomy experience preferred Strong customer service skills Proficiency in pediatric and geriatric blood draws Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent data entry skills
