We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanderling Renal Services. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our in-center and home dialysis settings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
- Monitor and administer medications, as well as document patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Supervise and train patient care technicians to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Collaborate with nephrologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- At least 12 months of experience in dialysis nursing.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
