This role demands a high level of expertise in assessing and addressing upper extremity and hand-related issues.

Key Duties Include:

  1. Conducting thorough evaluations and developing tailored treatment strategies with clear, measurable rehabilitation goals.

  3. Maintaining compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
  4. Effectively using electronic medical records and scheduling systems.

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  2. Certification in hand therapy is advantageous but not mandatory.
  3. Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the relevant state.
