Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will create personalized shopping experiences for our customers, driving brand loyalty and promoting our products. You will be responsible for greeting customers promptly, addressing their questions accurately, and providing exceptional service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and cheerful attitude with customers and team members.
  • Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, and maintain a clean and well-organized back-stock area.
  • Ensure products are stocked and available for customers, merchandizing product in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards.
  • Practice safety-consciousness and respond to theft in accordance with our policies.
  • Contribute to a team and cooperate to achieve goals, prioritizing brand and product knowledge training in customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
  • Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
