**Position Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and driven Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales team, optimize sales processes, and contribute to the growth and success of our dealership.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, motivation, and professional growth.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed dealership goals in terms of units sold, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing guidance on best practices for customer interactions, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and resolving any issues quickly and effectively.
• Inventory Management: Work closely with the inventory manager to maintain an optimal stock of vehicles that meets customer demand and market trends.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor sales team performance using key metrics, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
• Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that drive traffic and increase sales.
• Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience in automotive sales with a successful track record in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in dealership management software and CRM systems.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
