We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neonatologist to join our team at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. As a member of our Neonatology Division, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to high-risk newborns and their families in our Level II-III Neonatal Intensive Care Units and our regional referral Level IV NICU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical care to newborns in our NICUs, including delivery attendance for high-risk newborns and managing preterm and transitional issues.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based care plans for infants with complex clinical conditions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and scholarly pursuits, including education and research projects.
- Work closely with our faculty members to promote evidence-based medical practice and improve patient outcomes.
