Spa Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Associate to join our team at Hand and Stone - Cranberry/East Liberty. This role offers a competitive hourly wage plus commissions, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals looking to advance in their careers.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

• Meet membership sales goals and provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
• Detailed knowledge of the menu of services is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided
• Build relationships with clients and effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards and perform other duties as assigned
