Job SummaryAs a Senior Nurse Practitioner at Rose Senior Living - Carmel, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the care provided by Quality of Life Specialists. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, performing treatments and procedures, obtaining specimens as needed, and completing assessments as delegated by the Director of Health Services. You will also be responsible for documenting resident status, providing daily supervision to assigned staff, and participating in the admission of new residents. Additionally, you will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and promote independent lifestyles. You will respond to resident call systems promptly and courteously, identify resident medical and behavioral changes, and develop and monitor care plans. You will also provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide direct nursing care to residents

Requirements

* Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
* Experience in long-term care
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
