Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Biological, Medical Technology, or Physical Science, or equivalent.
  • One year of laboratory training from an accredited program, or equivalent experience.
  • Four years of laboratory testing experience in a high complexity environment, or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in developing and implementing a Quality Improvement Program, or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
