Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Regional Float Pool team in Puget Sound. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our adult hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical nursing care to assigned patients, performing related assessments, procedures, and treatments.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
- Support the Puget Sound area adult hospitals by filling open shifts, leave of absences, call outs, or surges in census.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
- Washington State Registered Nurse license (RN).
- Three (3) years of experience required.
