Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering the ideation, design, and implementation of innovative high-voltage power electronics systems.
  • Developing component specifications aligned with system performance objectives.
  • Coordinating development activities with prototype suppliers to ensure functional hardware is available for on-road testing.
  • Supporting the product development roadmap for cutting-edge electric vehicle technologies through collaboration with suppliers and colleagues worldwide.
  • Providing comprehensive updates to communicate project status, changes, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Travel Expectations:
Less than 25% travel is anticipated.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required, with a Master's degree in a related field preferred. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in automotive or aviation engineering, with a focus on translating innovative ideas into prototypes through detailed design processes. Experience with electric vehicles or high voltage electronic components is advantageous.

Skills Required:
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams to achieve objectives and meet timelines is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with a proven track record of delivering technical presentations and written reports to varied audiences. A willingness to grow personally and professionally, along with a resourceful problem-solving approach, is highly valued.
