Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect holistic care to patients and their families in accordance with nursing standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to meet patient needs and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Delegate tasks and supervise care provided by others under your supervision.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate patient response to care and revise plan as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advances in oncology care.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN within 5 years)
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Registered Nurse licensure in state of employment
  • Knowledge of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences

Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
