About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital. As a caregiver expert, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting resident independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes and improve quality of life
  • Communicate effectively with families and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:

  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing with current licensure for Practical Nursing
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, and EKG Machine
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
