About the Job

As a Home Health Care Professional, you will enable clients to stay in their homes by providing support and personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming. You will also provide light housekeeping and laundry services, shop for food and other household requirements, prepare and serve meals/snacks, and run errands. Your role will include keeping clients engaged through conversation, games, and other forms of entertainment, working facility staffing shifts with our contracted facility partners, and following all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Completion of high school or GED certification
  • Certified Nursing Assistant in Michigan, certification must be active and in good standing
  • Valid Driver's License, and current Auto Insurance
  • Must be willing and able to work every other weekend
  • GREAT ATTENDANCE is required
