Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Leader Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity for a career-driven individual to develop their leadership skills and take on a key role in our store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching to all store employees.
  • Maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity.
  • Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Ensure cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion are executed efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
  • Develop and maintain excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
  • Utilize proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred) to support store operations.
Requirements
  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
  • A valid Driver's License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during the course of employment.
  • The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
