About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dynamic care team at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Marlborough. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with established nursing care procedures and as directed by licensed staff nurses.
  • Participate in planning and following current resident care plans for all residents under your care.
  • Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly, observing changes in resident conditions and reporting them promptly.
  • Document accurately and completely, maintaining a clean and orderly resident care area.
  • Meet personal grooming needs for each resident, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Requirements
  • Must be a registered certified nurse's aide in accordance with state laws.
  • CPR certification preferred but not necessary.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with general work experience in long-term care preferred but not necessary.
  • New graduates welcome.
