About the Role:
Aerotek is seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to join their team in North Jersey. As an Electrical Foreman, you will oversee electrical installations on some of the largest projects in the region. The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial construction and possess strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical installations, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
- Liaise with clients and project managers to ensure successful project delivery
- Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in electrical installations, preferably in commercial construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics at a mechanics level
