Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Equipment Mechanic to join our team at Heidelberg Materials US, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with heavy equipment and trucks
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes and tire rotations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in heavy equipment repair or vocational training
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures
  • Ability to read and comprehend maintenance manuals
  • Basic hand and air tools required for heavy duty truck repair
Physical Demands

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Sit, stand, walk, push, pull, twist, climb, balance, bend, kneel, reach, grasp, squat, and perform repetitive motions
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and weather conditions
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Work in confined spaces and wear personal protective equipment
