**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated Visually Impaired Education Specialist to join our team at Soliant. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely and requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience working with visually impaired students.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach visually impaired students using specialized techniques and materials.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and other staff members to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to students in accessing technology and other educational resources.

Requirements/Details:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Valid state teaching license with endorsement in Teaching the Visually Impaired.
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience working in schools.
  • Possession of strong communication and interpersonal skills.
