Senior Manager, Business Tax Services

At KPMG, we are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Business Tax Services practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships
  • Participate in accounting for income taxes, including ASC 740
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide industry knowledge and experience
  • Manage a portfolio of clients of varying size and scope
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Oversee risk and financial performance of engagements
  • Advise clients and deliver high-quality tax service and advice
Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firm
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Licensed CPA, EA, or JD/LLM with strong knowledge of ASC 740
  • Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships
  • Prior experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams
  • Excellent advisory, compliance, verbal, and written communication skills
