Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our team at Addington Place of Stuart. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents with dementia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
  • Recognize and report abnormal changes in body functioning to a supervisor.
  • Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and other activities of daily living.
  • Provide emotional and social support to residents.
  • Transfer, position, and turn residents safely.
  • Provide skin care to residents.
  • Contribute to the resident's assessment and plan of care.
  • Provide nursing rehabilitation/restorative nursing services.
  • Follow the schedule of resident's needs set out by supervisor.
Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CNA licensure depending on state requirements and regulations.
  • Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond to emergency situations.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position requiring 12 hour shifts, 6a-6p or 6p-6a, and every other weekend. Senior Lifestyle offers a comprehensive benefits plan to eligible team members, including health, dental, vision, retirement benefits, short-term disability, long-term disability, and paid time off.
