Job Overview

MILLMAN SERVICES LLC is seeking a highly skilled Lead Painter to join our team. This full-time position offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Perform thorough prep work, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming surfaces to ensure a smooth and lasting finish.
  • Interior & Exterior Painting: Apply paint to various surfaces (walls, ceilings, trim, doors, etc.) with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality finishes.
  • Popcorn Ceiling Removal: Safely and efficiently remove popcorn ceilings, following all proper procedures for a clean and smooth result.
  • Ladder Work: Comfortably and safely use ladders and scaffolding to reach high or difficult areas for painting, ensuring the highest safety standards are maintained.
  • Transporting Materials: Safely transport and manage tools, paints, and other supplies to job sites.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of painting experience with a focus on residential and/or commercial painting.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials; experience in popcorn ceiling removal is a plus.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and carry heavy materials, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks in a variety of environments.
  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
