Job SummaryMaintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis, including requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the Bartender, Hotel, Restaurant, Beverage department.
Key Responsibilities- Requisition and stock all necessary bar supplies, including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Bartender, Hotel, Restaurant, Beverage department to ensure accurate projections and efficient inventory management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain attention to detail, and provide excellent customer service.
