The ISO Information Security Office focuses on Compliance, Risk, and Applications and Architecture. They partner with the business and all groups across the company to protect the enterprise health system.
A Security Engineer will join their team as a full-time employee, reporting directly to the Security Applications and Architecture Manager. The team will consist of 3 individuals with varying skill levels and technical backgrounds.
The ISO Application and Architecture group manages tools for end point protection, vulnerability management, DLP, encryption, etc. They partner with other technical groups to provide education on tool functionality, assist in reporting and remediation of events.
Tools in their environment include Tenable, CyberArk, Nessus, Symantec, Centrify. The ideal candidate will have a systems admin-focused background, with scripting skills in python or bash for customization and automation.
A nice-to-have is experience with privileged access management, as they're currently selecting a tool to implement in the environment. The ISO is a collaborative group with a Director who values education and autonomy.
An Analyst III should have a CISSP or other relevant certification, while Analyst II should plan to obtain it within the first year. The Director values education, but it's not required. Flexibility is provided for remote work a day or so a week after acclimation.
