Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Manager Trainee/Parts Specialist to join our team at Colliflower Inc. in Manassas, VA. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in business operations, customer service, inventory management, sales, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, identify proper product solutions, and address customer issues under the guidance of the Store Manager.
  • Hose Assembly and Facility Management: Assemble product and crimp hoses to manufacturer's recommendations, assist with waste and cost reduction, and maintain a safe and organized store environment.
  • Inventory and Product Management: Handle deliveries, unpack product, stock and clean shelves, track inventory, and order product.
  • Administration: Process sales transactions, assist with recording transactions, and ensure confidentiality and security of intellectual property.
Requirements
  • Education and Skills: Possess good customer service skills, proficient oral and written communication skills, mechanical aptitude, quality work ethic, and proficient organizational and math skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 150lbs, regularly stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, and climb.
Work Environment

Work performed in a workshop environment, exposed to standard office equipment and hand and power tools, with occasional noise and odor from equipment and materials.
