Trailer Operations Specialist

Job Overview:
This role is essential for managing the retrieval of rendering trailers that have undergone visual inspections prior to and immediately following the loading of various materials such as offal, feathers, premium parts, and bone residue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and inspect trailers before and after loading.
- Ensure trailers are parked on the drain pad for excess water removal after weighing.
- Document and communicate trailer status with management, including time, trailer number, and loading decisions.
- Return any rejected trailers to an acceptable status before loading or hauling.
Work Environment:
This position requires climbing in and out of the truck and working in varying outdoor temperatures.
Safety Protocols:
Personal protective equipment is mandatory, including goggles, hair nets, beard nets, smocks, boots, rubber gloves, cotton sleeves, and hearing protection.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old.
- Willingness to undergo a Motor Vehicle Record check with no DUI or DWI offenses in the past year.
- Rehires must have a waiting period of 365 days and no more than three rehires.
Shift Details: 3rd Shift (United States of America)
