Key Responsibilities:

  • Control costs and maintain training records and performance evaluations.

  • Supervise employees, including training, updating records, writing and presenting employee evaluations, and assisting in hiring for the department.
  • Set goals and track progress of the department.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
  • Desired experience: Work and interact with all levels of employees while building trusting relationships.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative.
  • Understand and lead according to company philosophy.
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Office).
  • Basic financial understanding.
