Leisure Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Leisure Coordinator to join our team at Menno Haven. As a key member of our Life Center, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging activities, programs, and outings for our independent living residents.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be responsible for promoting resident engagement, coordinating special events, and maintaining accurate records.

• Coordinate and promote diverse range of activities, programs, and outings for independent living residents
• Participate in special events to elevate resident experiences
• Propose and develop ideas to enrich resident engagement
• Maintain detailed records and track resident participation
• Perform administrative functions, including answering telephones, processing financial transactions, and scheduling appointments

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living highly desirable
• Ability to work flexible schedule to accommodate activities and events
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
