Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced individuals to support our management team in performing daily restaurant operations in accordance with brand and franchise standards. As a Shift Leader, you will engage with guests and employees, assume responsibility for the restaurant as required, and provide managerial coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the manager in daily operations, striving for excellence in guest satisfaction and team performance.
  • Maintain a high level of focus on guest satisfaction and ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Coach and train a dedicated team, providing feedback to management and crew.
  • Deploy team members appropriately throughout the shift, communicate crew responsibilities, and perform as a member of the crew in food production, guest service, and store cleanliness.
  • Assume assigned management duties as required.


Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Previous restaurant or cashier experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude, elevated level of integrity, strong work ethic, and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
