Key Responsibilities- Property Maintenance: Ensure that all properties are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Appliance Repair: Repair and maintain all appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, water heaters, and HVAC units.
- Unit Inspections: Regularly inspect units to identify needed improvements and carry out repairs with skill and precision.
- Physical Requirements: Work in a fast-paced environment, using ladders, circuit breaker positions, and valve positions by sight, and safely handling plumbing and electrical appliances.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 5 years of maintenance experience required.
- Certifications: EPA Type I Certification and CFC recycling equipment licensure (if applicable).
- Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to identify issues and determine repairs, and ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
