Dispensary Associate

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience for all patients.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and their effects, enabling you to make informed recommendations to customers.
• Facilitate customer purchases while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate with management and colleagues to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 21 years of age (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV).
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for Delivery Driver role).
