Ensures the provision of high-quality and safe healthcare services to residents. Implements care plans developed by healthcare professionals and the designated care team. Maintains accurate and timely records of care provided. Evaluates and communicates relevant information to residents and their families regarding diagnoses and care plans. Administers medications according to physician directives.
Accurately documents on the Medication Administration Record (MAR). Monitors for any adverse reactions and promptly informs the physician as necessary. Organizes resident files and ensures all required documentation is complete and precise. Prepares incident reports for residents as required by policy.
Informs the physician and family following any incidents, adhering to policy and documenting appropriately. Upholds a safe and healthy work environment by employing safe practices in line with clinical standards. Aids residents in developing suitable self-care skills. Coordinates and oversees the resources and personnel needed to meet the needs of residents in their care. Recognizes emergencies and life-threatening situations, taking appropriate actions.
Maintains confidentiality and respects resident rights concerning all personal information. Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Additional Responsibilities:Exemplifies the CORE Values through servant leadership. Fosters teamwork and supports the company philosophy. Participates in mandatory community meetings and engages in Life Enrichment activities when possible. Completes all required training as part of HRA University. Demonstrates punctuality and consistently fulfills the responsibilities of the position.
