Hardware Stocker

Ganahl Lumber Company, a leading company in our field in the Orange County area, is seeking an experienced stocker to join our team.

• Perform general stocking duties on a daily basis, including storing and stocking products, moving, handling, and transporting products, materials, or supplies to other departments.
• Load, unload, and move heavy, bulky products.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards, and dispose of trash.
• Help and assist customers in finding merchandise and providing them with information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.

• Ability to read and understand simple instructions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy loads of 75 pounds in a physical environment.
• Must be able to work tasks while bending, stopping, climbing, and reaching.
• Previous experience in receiving, handling, and stocking in retail or warehouse/distribution environments is preferred.
